Muvion Worldwide operates an online marketplace for automotive engines and parts, connecting buyers in Africa and the Middle East with verified UAE-based suppliers. Our registered business address and contact email are available via our WhatsApp support channel.

• Account data: Email address, password (hashed), display name, and role (buyer/dealer).
• Order data: Shipping address, market code, product selection, and transaction amounts.
• Dealer data: Company name, country, WhatsApp number, dealer licence document (stored privately).
• Usage data: Pages visited, search queries entered, WhatsApp button clicks (anonymised).
• Device data: IP address, browser type, and operating system (standard web server logs).

3. How we use your data

• To process and fulfil your orders and enquiries.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets).
• To verify dealer identity and trading licence.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements. No data is shared for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 2 years after closure. Order data is retained for 7 years for legal and audit purposes. You may request deletion of non-order data at any time.
