Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2025
1. Acceptance
By registering an account or placing an order on Muvion Worldwide, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The platform
Muvion Worldwide is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between buyers and verified UAE-based automotive parts suppliers. Muvion is not the seller of record; it acts as an intermediary providing escrow, logistics coordination, and dispute resolution services.
3. Buyer obligations
- Provide accurate shipping and contact information.
- Inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery and report discrepancies immediately.
- Not confirm delivery until you are satisfied the goods match the order.
- Not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes outside the Muvion resolution process.
4. Dealer / supplier obligations
- List only parts you own or have the right to sell.
- Accurately describe condition, specifications, and compatibility.
- Dispatch confirmed orders within the agreed lead time.
- Maintain a valid UAE trade licence and provide it upon request.
5. Escrow and payments
All payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Funds are released to the supplier only after buyer confirmation or after the dispute window expires (48 hours post-delivery). Muvion charges a 3% platform service fee deducted from the transaction total.
6. Disputes
Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Evidence (photos, documentation) must be submitted via WhatsApp or email. Muvion will mediate and issue a ruling within 5 business days. Muvion's ruling is final and binding.
7. Sourcing requests
The sourcing fee is refundable if Muvion cannot locate the requested part within the stated timeframe. Once a sourcing match is confirmed and accepted, the fee is non-refundable.
8. Prohibited uses
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users.
- Circumventing the platform to transact directly with a party you found through Muvion (within 12 months of initial contact).
- Listing counterfeit, stolen, or illegally imported goods.
- Submitting false delivery confirmations or dispute claims.
9. Limitation of liability
Muvion Worldwide is not liable for supplier misrepresentation, transit damage beyond covered insurance, import duties or taxes payable in the destination country, or losses arising from buyer failure to inspect goods promptly.
Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the transaction value of the specific order in dispute.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For buyers in Nigeria, consumer protection provisions of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) also apply where mandatory.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice to registered users. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance.
